Dr. Abdou Ndoye

Dr. Abdou Ndoye has been a faculty member at the College of Continuing Studies at the University of Connecticut since 2001. His teaching includes courses in the areas of community development, program planning and evaluation, learning and development, training and business improvement. Dr. Ndoye received his Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut in Adult Learning and Professional Development. He has taught and done research overseas in learning and development, grassroots development, community development and capacity building.
